P U R C H A S E

Every piece in the Roots Revived collection is vintage or antique, and pre-owned. That makes each one unique – and it means most will show signs of age and use. To me, that patina is part of their story.
Any wear, damage or non-original parts worth mentioning are described in the listing or visible in the photos. Please read the description and look through the photos carefully before buying. Have a question, or would you like extra photos or measurements? Just send me a message – I’m happy to help.

P A Y M E N T

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. As every piece is one of a kind, items are not reserved until paid.

S H I P P I N G

I ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Every piece is packed by hand in recycled boxes and padding, secured for a long journey, and shipped within 1–5 business days. All parcels are fully insured and tracked (PostNL). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated transit times:
USA & Canada: usually 2–3 weeks
Europe: 2–6 business days
UK: 5–8 business days
Asia: 4–15 business days
Australia & NZ: 6–12 business days

I’ll do my best to meet these estimates, but once a parcel leaves my shop, delivery is in the hands of the carrier and customs.

Prefer express delivery or a specialized carrier for a larger or more valuable piece? That’s often possible on request – just message me. Any extra costs are at the buyer’s expense. If you arrange your own carrier to collect the item, it is your responsibility from the moment of pickup.

Buyers outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs. Buying more than one piece? Message me for combined shipping.

R E T U R N S

Every piece is described and photographed as honestly as possible, so returns are rare.

Buyers within the EU have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Just send me a message within those 14 days and return the item in the same condition as you received it, well packed. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and the buyer is responsible for the item until it arrives back with me. Once it’s back in its original condition, I’ll refund your payment within 14 days, as required by EU law.

For buyers outside the EU, returns are accepted at my discretion. Please message me first before sending anything back. Returns from outside the EU must be declared as “Returned goods” on the customs form, with the original order number and a copy of the invoice. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable, and any import charges caused by an incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.

Did your item arrive damaged? Please contact me within 48 hours with a few photos. All parcels are insured, and I’ll make it right.

I only collect the information needed to process and ship your order: your name, address, email address and, if provided, your phone number. Payments are handled by Mollie; I never see or store your card details. Your name and address are shared with the carrier (PostNL) to deliver your parcel. Order details are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I use your email address only to send it; you can unsubscribe at any time.

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can accept or decline this in the cookie banner.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Just send me an email. If you have a concern about how your data is handled, you can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
