A vintage felt campaign hat, made in the United States in the 1950s. It features the distinctive campaign hat design, with a wide brim, a four-dent crown and a decorative leather hatband. The inside of the crown bears the word “Scout”.

A classic piece of scouting history, this hat would still make a stylish accessory for outdoor wear, while also serving as a wonderful decorative object in a vintage, rustic or outdoor-inspired interior.

After about 70 years, the hat remains in good vintage condition, showing authentic signs of age and use. Over the decades, the felt has developed a lovely aged character that only adds to its charm. The leather hatband has been treated with leather conditioner, but remains fragile.
